Our dedicated 8-inch Silicon Photonics foundry features 193nm ArF lithography and supports both Copper (Cu) and Aluminum (Al) BEOL technologies — enabling high-performance, scalable, and cost-effective production.
Leveraging mature 130nm and 180nm Si CMOS processes with Al and Cu BEOL stacks up to three metal layers, our platform ensures consistent quality and robust manufacturing reliability.
We provide fast and seamless porting from other Silicon Photonics foundries into our advanced 8-inch fab, achieving exceptionally high first-time success rates and accelerating your path from design to deployment.
